The service charge fee depends on the artist, the demand of their concert, and the number of team members we have for the ticketing session.✧ Price range for any General Sale: RM10 - RM50✧ Price range for any Fanclub/Membership Presale: RM35 - RM85
✧ The service charge is non-refundable.✧ In any situation where you would like to cancel your slot BEFORE the ticketing day, you will not receive any refund for the service charge. However, you may find someone to replace your slot.✧ In any situation we failed to get your tickets, your service charge is non-refundable, only other fees will be refunded.✧ In any situation where you would like to cancel your slot after you have paid for the service charge & the ticket price, you will only receive refund for all fees except the service charge.✧ In any situation where you manage to purchase the tickets for yourself while waiting for an update from us, the service charge will still be non-refundable.✧ In any situation you missed the due date for the full payment, your service charge is non-refundable.✧ In any situation you filled in our google form wrongly / typo any information , we do not take any responsibility for getting the wrong ticket / insert wrong info on the ticket for you as we will follow according to what you filled in.✧ In any situation you filled in our google form wrongly, we do not take any responsibility for typing your ticket's details wrongly as we will follow according to what you filled in.✧ In any situation you are not able to enter the venue, we will not take any responsibility for it. PLEASE take care of your e-ticket, DO NOT SHARE YOUR EMAIL, DEVICE WHICH LINKED TO YOUR EMAIL TO ANYONE.All your tickets will only have access by cake, even our team DOES NOT have any access to our email & tickets. We have a where the customer couldnt use their ticket due to their friends using it instead.

We will update you once ticketing is over.✧ In any situation where you did not read our t&c before booking, you are not allowed to request a refund. We have given the notice to read out t&c on our pinned & on our google form before you proceed to book a slot with us.
