We are a team who provides ticketing services for most concerts in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Seoul, Manila, Bangkok etc!Please kindly read our t&c and every part of this card; you are considered to agree with our terms & conditions once you proceed with our slots.



Ticketing service is a service where we buy the tickets for you!REMINDER: We are not insiders, hence, there is no 100% guarantee.There will always have chance to successfully purchase and unsuccessfully purchase.Hence, please understand if we failed to get your ticket, since we are not insiders ^^



The service charge fee depends on the artist, the demand of their concert, and the number of team members we have for the ticketing session.✧ Price range for any General Sale: RM30 - RM90✧ Price range for any Fanclub/Membership Presale: RM40 - RM120✧ We are Malaysia Based hence all of our transaction will be based on MYR. From receiving money to refunding will be based on MYR.✧ Note for intl customers: We are not responsible in any currency change fee, currency balance, transaction fee, transfer website fee.

1 ✧ The service charge is 50% refundable unless stated otherwise.2 ✧ When you cancel your slot BEFORE the ticketing day, you will not receive any refund for the service charge. However, you will get refund for the ticket price you have paid3 ✧ When we failed to get your tickets, your service charge is only 50% refundable unless stated otherwise, i other fees will be refunded.4 ✧ In any situation where you would like to cancel your slot after you have paid for the service charge & the ticket price, you will only receive refund for ticket price only & service charge is non-refundable5 ✧ In any situation where you manage to purchase the tickets for yourself while waiting for an update from us, you will only receive refund for ticket price only & service charge is non-refundable6 ✧ In any situation of purchasing is via customer's own card & customer failed to give TAC number/approve the transaction within time once we have manage to cart in the tickets, the service charge is non-refundable.7 ✧ In any situation of purchasing during presale, if customer's membership code/presale link/presale account doesn't work the moment we enter the website, service charge is non-refundable.8 ✧ In any situation of customer reselling their own tickets which was purchased by us, service charge is non-refundable (however customer may claim the service charge from the buyer)9 ✧ In any situation where website cancelled the ticket that has been purchased/postponed the concert event, the service charge is non-refundable.10 ✧ In any situation you missed the due date for the full payment, your service charge is non-refundable.11 ✧ In any situation your desired ticket category is unavailable when we entered the website, we will proceed with purchasing the next available option based on your 2nd/3rd preferences as indicated in the form12 ✧ In any situation you filled in our google form wrongly / typo any information , we do not take any responsibility for getting the wrong ticket / insert wrong info on the ticket for you as we will follow according to what you filled in.13 ✧ In any situation you filled in our google form wrongly, we do not take any responsibility for typing your ticket's details wrongly as we will follow according to what you filled in.14 ✧ In any situation you want to cancel or pass the tickets that have been purchased, service charge is non-refundable.15 ✧ In any situation you cancel/backout from your slot & exchange slot with another person, service charge is still need to be paid for the new ticket entry.16 ✧ In any situation of different type of sale & upon the next sale, you would like to exchange slot, service charge need to be paid for the new ticket entry.17 ✧ In any situation you are not able to enter the venue, we will not take any responsibility for it. PLEASE take care of your e-ticket, DO NOT SHARE YOUR EMAIL, DEVICE WHICH LINKED TO YOUR EMAIL TO ANYONE.18 ✧ In any situation form is not submitted on your behalf, we do not take any responsibility. This is due to us will not be able to trace you if your form is not submitted, regardless payment has been made or not.No refundable service charge if you did not submit the form.All your tickets will only have access by cake, even our team DOES NOT have any access to our email & tickets. We have a where the customer couldnt use their ticket due to their friends using it instead.

19 ✧ In any situation where we successfully purchase your tickets, an email of the tickets will be taken place within 24 hours20 ✧ In any situation where we failed to purchase your tickets, refund of the refundable fees will be taken place within 24 hours21 ✧ In any situation where we failed to purchase your tickets, please do not put a blame on us. As stated under our "about us," we are not insiders; we only provide a service to buy the tickets for you.22 ✧ In any situation, the refundable fees are only ticket price + agreed refundable fee23 ✧ In any situation where there are charges by the ticket website, the charges need to be paid by customer.24 ✧ In any situation of currency change for foreign transaction, the charges need to be paid by customer.25 ✧ In any situation of currency transaction payment is needed, we will claim or deduct the said fee to customer immediately upon refund.26 ✧ In any situation of the currency transaction payment is not enough on our hand, it will be claimed immediately from customer.27 ✧ In any situation of the currency transaction payment is deductable from customer's money, it will be deducted immediately upon refunding.28 ✧ In any situation of foreign transfer, the currency referred is based on MYR & we are not responsible for any currency changes, currency fee, & any other fee.29 ✧ In any situation customer paid to us via wise, any refund of balance/refund of ticket price will be refunded or paid via the same account or from wise to customer's bank30 ✧ In any situation customer paid to us via paypal, any refund of balance/refund of ticket price will be refunded via refunding of the original transfer customer's has made31 ✧ In any situation customer booked an international concert with us, whether or any situation the concert is postponed/cancelled, the refund of money will be sent directly from the ticketing website's currency to customer's bank account.32 ✧ In any situation where you did not read our t&c before booking, you are not allowed to request a full refund of service charge. We have given the notice to read out t&c on our pinned & on our google form before you proceed to book a slot with us.33 ✧ In any situation customer booked for ticketing in Malaysia & customer booked for presale. Any unsuccessful purchase, we will carry forward to the next available sale with no extra fee.34 ✧ In any situation customer booked for international ticketing (outside malaysia), there will be no carry forward slots. In order for us to proceed with next available sale date, customer need to pay another service fee per ticket.
